I had a pipe leak that ruined some laminate flooring and soaked some walls. They responded to my call within hours. They were professional, hardworking and friendly. I hope they get paid good over-time, because they worked pretty late to make sure my place was taken care of. I highly recommend them!

We had a water damage late at night, and even though I felt bad for calling so late, the techs showed up within an hour and were very polite and professional. They took great care of my furniture while moving it, and even put it up on little foam blocks. SERVPRO showed up within hours of the request to dry 3 rooms and a hallway after a shut off valve failed. The rapid response and deployment of the necessary drying equipment (12 pieces in all) minimized the damage. The repairs were well done, the thoroughness of the report and pace of drying made selling the property as if the leak had never occurred.

Michelle and Dan came out tonight for our flooded floors. They were both very knoweldable and professional. Both very friendly and had no problem answering all of our questions. I will definatly be recommending SERVPRO to all my friends and family! We can’t thank you enough!

Kady, the mitigation manager, came out to assess our attic following a roof leak. We were so grateful for her honesty. She took photos and checked for moisture. Her ultimate assessment was that we had caught the leak fast enough that we didn’t actually need any remediation. We were pleasantly surprised and relieved. She didn’t see any evidence of mold growth but said she would be willing to suggest a company to test for us (no pressure to do so though). When searching for someone to do work on our home, one of the first things we look for is a someone who will be honest in assessing the problem. We found that with SERVPRO. If we ever have any future issues, SERVPRO will be our first call. If your home has sustained damage, we would highly recommend Kady as someone who will give you an honest evaluation of the issue.
